You are not losing your mind.
You are losing your footing. And there is a difference.
If you have ever walked away from a conversation feeling confused about what just happened, if you have found yourself apologizing for things you did not do, if the person who is supposed to love or support you somehow always makes you feel like the problem, you are not broken. You are responding to a pattern that has a name.
Emotional manipulation is not always loud. It does not always look like abuse. Sometimes it looks like a partner who reframes every conflict until you are the one who started it. Sometimes it looks like a colleague who undermines you so subtly that you cannot prove it. Sometimes it looks like a family member who has made you responsible for their emotional state your entire life.
And the worst part is not the manipulation itself. The worst part is what it does to you over time. You stop trusting your own perception. You shrink your responses to avoid triggering the reaction. You spend more mental energy managing someone else's reality than living your own.
That is what this workshop is about.

What To Know
On Thursday, May 14th at 7:00 PM Eastern, I am hosting a live 90-minute workshop on Kajabi ā limited to a small group ā where I will walk you through exactly what is happening in these dynamics, why your responses feel stuck, and how the Tiger Resilience Five Pillars framework gives you a structured path back to your own voice.
This is not therapy. This is not venting. This is clinical education and practical application from someone who has spent over three decades in behavioral health, sitting across from people on both sides of these patterns.
Iām Ready to Find My Voice
"The person who has always known what to say doesn't disappear. They rise."
WHAT YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH:
A clear understanding of the three most common emotional manipulation patterns and how to recognize them in your own relationships.
An explanation of why your nervous system responds the way it does and why willpower alone cannot override it.
The Five Pillars framework is applied specifically to emotional recovery, how Purpose, Planning, Practice, Perseverance, and Providence each play a role in reclaiming your identity after prolonged manipulation.
A communication framework for responding to manipulative behavior without escalating, collapsing, or disappearing.
A personal action step you identify during the session and leave with in writing.

WHO THIS IS FOR:
This workshop is for you if you are currently in or recently out of a relationship ā romantic, family, or professional ā where you regularly feel confused, dismissed, blamed, or responsible for someone else's emotional state.
It is for you if you have read about narcissism or gaslighting and thought "that sounds familiar" but are not sure what to do with that recognition.
It is for you if you are done questioning your reality and ready to start rebuilding your confidence in it.
It is not for people in immediate danger. If you are in a dangerous situation, please contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.

Who I Am:
I am Bernie Tiger. Behavioral health clinician with over three decades of clinical experience in crisis intervention, addiction recovery, communication, and emotional health. I am also someone who lost his father at 13, was homeless at 17, and has spent the years since building a framework for resilience from the inside out.
Over more than three decades in behavioral health, addiction treatment, psychiatric care, outpatient services, and personal development, I have had the privilege of serving and impacting tens of thousands of individuals and families.Ā I have sat across from people carrying this exact weight for thirty years. I know what these patterns look like from the clinical side. And I know what they feel like from the human side.Ā
The Tiger Resilience Five Pillars framework ā Purpose, Planning, Practice, Perseverance, and Providence ā is the structure I bring to this work. It is not a theory. It is a map I built from lived experience and clinical practice, and it works because it meets people where they actually are.
